Plan a family trip with kids — without the midnight landings
Tell the agent your kids' ages and your limits. It finds flights that land at a sane hour, keeps travel days short, and plans stops where little legs can run.

Why this trip is hard to plan
- The cheapest flights often land late at night, with exhausted kids and a long rental-car line.
- Distances look short on a map but take hours in a car seat.
- Rental cars and family rooms sell out fast in peak season.
Why I'm building this
On our last family trip, the flights landed late with tired kids, and the rental car cost about $1,000. Google Flights and Expedia found prices. They didn't find a plan that worked for us.
Trip Agent does that work for you, and books nothing until you say yes.
Tell the agent in one sentence
“A week in June, two kids aged 4 and 7, flying from Seattle. Nothing landing after 6pm, max 3 hours driving a day, we love nature and wildlife.”
How the agent paces it
- At most ~3 hours of driving a day, split around naps and meals
- Arrivals before early evening — or an airport hotel for night one
- Regular stops with bathrooms and room to run
These are defaults. Anything you tell the agent wins.
What the agent handles for you
- Weighs price against arrival time, e.g. what it costs to land at 4pm instead of midnight
- Family rooms or connecting rooms at every stop
- Car-seat reminders and a packing list based on your kids' ages and the forecast
- Calendar invites and an offline copy of the whole itinerary
Questions
- Will the agent book anything without asking me?
- No. The agent searches and builds the plan, but every booking waits for your approval at the current price. If a price changes before you approve, it asks again.
- How much driving is too much with young kids?
- Many families aim for about 3 hours a day or less. Trip Agent uses that as the default for families with young kids and splits longer drives across days. You can change the limit.
- Do we need to bring car seats?
- Rental car seats usually cost extra per day. Many airlines let you check a car seat at no charge — check your airline's policy. The agent adds this to your packing list.
- What happens after I book?
- The agent keeps watching prices on your flights and hotels and tells you if something drops, so you can decide whether to rebook.
